Indoor pool bliss was bittersweet

The indoor pool was a delightful getaway for my kids, who spent hours splashing around. Breakfast options were diverse, and the welcoming staff made the stay joyful.

However, we faced an issue with noise, particularly in the hallways late at night, which disrupted our sleep. A calmer atmosphere would have made our stay perfect.

i had a nice stay at Best Western. the check-in was friendly, and i appreciated how clean the king room was. the location was convenient and quiet, which added to my relaxing experience. it was great to see that guests praised the cleanliness and helpful staff, which definitely stood out during my visit.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness didn't match the expectations. I noticed candy wrappers left on the floor near the bed from previous guests, and there was a lingering musty smell that made the atmosphere feel uninviting. The bathroom had a cleaning solution running down the toilet and onto the floor, suggesting that housekeeping missed the mark in that area. A more thorough attention to detail in cleaning would certainly enhance the experience.

We had a great experience, especially with the spacious room and the indoor pool that was a nice surprise. After arriving after midnight, we felt very welcome. The parking was ample, and it was nice being in a quiet area next to the freeway with pretty views around.
